The door can be push open, this procedure is: People manually push the door, the door will open automatically after the push force more than the set value. (This set value can be adjusted by hand programmer) Then the door can also close automatically. The people should let hands go after the door is automatic opening. So it is a normal procedure, not have any problem. But now the problem is the people still keep push the door manually hard when the door is automatic opening, this is not a correctly use for door opener, that way broken the normal procedure. (Other door openers are also don't allowed keep manually open the door when it is automatic opening)
Hundreds of new customers each week is no problem for this opener, But need to make sure it be used correctly.

Below is our advice:
1. Use push button to open the door, label some notice on the door, something like: Automatic door, don't manually push it
2. Install the sensor for autoamtic open the door, so the door will automatically open when people walk close. And use remote to deactived it when the shop close at night.
