2 - if we buy your products, may we receive?: photos, pictures or more explicative instalattion, wiring and programing diagrams than those given on the operation manuals?
3 - as we talked yesterday certification is very importani recived "emc test reports" and iso certification, do you have this"iso" and others certifications in english?
4 - the point here is only to clarify if we are dealing with the manufacturer or a retailer.
5 - by the other hand i like your company beeing posted on ebay and amazon where we buy on a regular basis.
6 – are all this products considered for heavy duty use ?

1) Yes we can offer OEM and print your company and model number on the operators and accessories. There is MOQ 40 sets for OEM.
2) The installation, wiring diagrams and programing information are both in the manual. About the delivery, we usually ship by express, such as Fedex, DHL, UPS ect for small order and ship by sea for bulk order.
3) Totally we got EMC test report, LVD test report, CE certification and ISO certification. I will send you another ones in attachedment.
