The does and don'ts
1. The rail and hanging wheel cannot be oiled, or the roller of hanging wheel will slide and the door leaves will collide.
2. Please shut down the power if it is not in use for a long period of time.

Reasons of constant automatic opening and closing:
1. Malfunction of radar sensor.
2. Moving object in the sensing range,
3. Door leaves touching obstacles during opening and closing.
Reasons of door leaves joggling:
1. The underground rail or the check swing is hindered or worn down.
2. The moving hanging wheel or the rail is hindered or worn down.
Reasons of door leaves throbbing during opening and closing:
1. The top rail and bottom rail get stuck with foreign object.
2. The wheel of the top hanging wheel is embedded with foreign object.
Reasons of slow opening and closing speed of automatic doors:
1. The adjusting speed of controller is too slow.
2. The belt is too loose.
